Defence Minister of the Netherlands withheld NATO's critical study on the army

Defense Minister Cassja Ollongren has classified before parliament a critical NATO study on the Netherlands' under-expenditure on the army, reporting media. It was besides intended to indicate that the Dutch armed forces must deal with "continuous, crucial and qualitative shortcomings".
