The Dutch army talks about the request to have its own tanks

The Netherlands needs its own tanks, says General Maurice Timmermans, head of training of the Dutch army. The military underlines that the current leasing of Leopards from Germany is not an optimal solution. "In case of large-scale conflict, we should have our own tanks "in the garage," says the general.
