Donald Tusk commented in harsh words on the pardon of Robert Bąkiewicz by Andrzej Duda. The Prime Minister acknowledged that he felt the President's decision was "not only a scandal in the human moral dimension."

During the Women's Strike, Robert Bąkiewicz threw Granny Kasia, a well-known activist, down the stairs. The territory court in Warsaw sentenced him for utilizing force against women protesting for a year of community service 30 hours a period and 10 1000 PLN for the victim.

The information about the pardon of Bąkiewicz was first sent on Tuesday by the portal Goniec.pl. It was pointed out that it only concerns the punishment of restrictions on freedom, but does not cover the attachment, costs of the trial and the suppression of conviction.
