Ukraine, despite having 1 of the best air defenses in Europe before the Russian invasion, has not been able to defy many Russian attacks that, in terms of the means used, were able and overloaded. 1 of the most common types of weapons utilized by the Russians were the Iranian production of the Shahed Kamikaze 131/136 drones referred to in the Russian army as Geran 1 and Geran 2. Delivered in immense quantities by Iran allowed Ukrainian anti-aircraft defence to overload in a given area or at least a considerable usage of highly valuable missiles, which should destruct much more costly targets specified as the Iskanders. This provoked the Ukrainian army to make mobile anti-aircraft patrols.
