Unknown drones again attacked Moscow and its surroundings. Ukrainian authorities say that the Russian capital ceased to be a fortress, and the number of attacks will increase. Vladimir Putin is incapable to effectively defend Moscow – says Andrij Kujeenko, Head of the Centre for Combating Disinformation at the National safety and Defence Council of Ukraine.
