Foreigners detained for releasing a drone over the president's seat and government buildings were not acting on behalf of abroad services - an unofficial reporter from RMF FM found out. These are the effects of the findings of the interior safety Agency on a 17-year-old Belarusian female and a 21-year-old Ukrainian.
