License for 17-year-olds and compulsory helmets. It's a government decision

The government adopted the bill on driving licence for seventeen-year-olds and compulsory helmets - informed the Chancellery of the Prime Minister on Tuesday. The task involves, among another things, enabling 17-year-olds to apply for a category B driving licence, but introduces a trial period and rules for withdrawing their rights to young drivers.
