The crew of the Ax-4 mission, consisting of Polish astronaut Sławomir Uznański-Wiśniewski, is already aboard the global Space Station (ISS). The dock lasted about 2 hours.
Astronauts Peggy Whitson (USA), Sławomir Uznański-Wiśniewski (Poland/ESA), Tibor Kapu (Hungary) and Shubhanshu Shukla (India) who left Earth yesterday as part of the Ax-4 mission arrived at the global Space Station. Thus, they joined 7 people on the site.
The cosmic “debutants” will be presented with gold plaques commemorating their presence in space. They will contain numbers corresponding to the cosmic “count” of people who were outside the Earth: 634, 635 and 636.
