DPS only in emergency situations, not standard ones – as in the case of Mr Jerzy?

The Ministry of Social Policy reported the readiness to give the government an amendment to the Social Assistance Act. The aim is, among another things, that sending a man to the DPS is not a default solution, but an emergency.
