"I stressed that Ukraine must negociate from the position of force, with strong and reliable safety guarantees, and NATO membership would be the most cost-effective for partners. Another key warrant is serious investments in the Ukrainian defence industry. I besides warned planet leaders against trusting Putin's claims of readiness to end the war," wrote Ukrainian president on the X portal.
