For the second time behind Donald Trump's presidency, the U.S. withdraws from the Oenzet Agreement on Climate – a key global agreement on planet decarbonisation by 2050. In order to adapt to the objectives of the agreement, countries implement a drastic green order policy.

In 2017, Trump issued a regulation to retreat the US from the Paris Agreement just after being sworn in. Now similarly, on the first day of his office he decided to take this step. During the inaugural speech, he announced a departure from his predecessor's climate policy and a return to oil and gas operations projects.

The American president has stated that the agreement is unilateral and he does not intend to sabotage manufacture in his country, while at the same time the Chinese emit contamination unpunished.

Withdrawal was 1 of many electoral promises. – I immediately retreat from an unfair, unilateral climate agreement from Paris – announced before signing the executive regulation during the inaugural event at Capital 1 Hall in Washington.

He pointed out that it imposes an unfair economical burden on American workers, businesses and taxpayers. Importantly, as Trump's squad points out, it makes it hard to guarantee the economical and national safety of the United States while allowing the world's top poisoners like China to proceed to pollute.

– If everybody doesn't, it just won't work. We had the cleanest air and cleanest water this country has always had under Trump, and we did nothing to halt jobs and production – stated the 47th president of the United States.

The Regulation means that the United States Ambassador to the United Nations is to immediately submit a formal written announcement of withdrawal from the Paris Agreement under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. In addition, it is expected to denounce all another agreements that have been concluded under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate and to retreat the US from all programmes imposing any financial commitments in this respect.

"My administration's policy is to put the interests of the United States and the American people first erstwhile developing and negotiating any global agreements that may harm or suppress the American economy. These agreements must not unduly or unfairly burden the United States," the regulation states.

It adds that "The United States must make its economy and keep jobs for citizens. Over the decades, a sensible policy has been able to make the economy without burdening the private sector, raising workers' wages, expanding energy production and reducing air and water contamination and greenhouse gas emissions."

Trump's squad called for the United States to follow, whose successes in achieving economical and environmental objectives should be a model for another countries. States should put national interest and economical efficiency first.

The regulation besides notes that the agreement "directs US taxpayers' money to countries that do not require or deserve financial assistance".

‘The Secretary of State, the Secretary of Trade and the head of any department or agency that plans or coordinates global energy agreements will now prioritise economical efficiency, the promotion of American prosperity, consumer choice and fiscal restraint in all abroad energy policy commitments’ is indicated in the Regulation.

Economist Rachel Cleetus of the Union of Concerted Scientists regrets that the exit from the Paris Agreement "is clearly in contradiction with technological realities and shows that the administration remains cruelly indifferent to the serious effects of climate change experienced by people in the United States".

The Paris Agreement aims to prevent the global temperature on Earth from rising above 1.5 to 2 degrees Celsius, with many supporters of decarbonisation inclined to more drastic action to prevent warming above 1.5 degrees C.

Outside the US, there are Iran, Libya and Yemen beyond the Paris Agreement for now. It will be 1 year from the date the Trump administration sent the notification to the United Nations to the authoritative withdrawal of the United States from the Paris Agreement.

(g) The Secretary of State, the Secretary of Commerce and the head of any department or agency that plans or coordinates global energy agreements will now prioritise economical efficiency, the promotion of American prosperity, consumer choice and fiscal restraint in all abroad energy policy commitments.

Other key decisions by Trump include regulations on the withdrawal of DEI policies in administration, the withdrawal of the US from the planet wellness Organisation, inter alia due to the "inadequacy of organisations in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic which erupted in Wuhan, China and another global wellness crises, the deficiency of adoption of urgently needed reforms and inability to show independency from inappropriate political influences of WHO associate States". In addition, Trump issued a regulation on border protection, recognized drug cartels as terrorist organizations, ordered staff policy improvement in the national administration, defending women against sex ideology, extremism, and restoring biological fact in the government. He formally established the Department of Government Efficiency, headed by Elon Musk, among others, and announced the restoration of freedom of speech and the end of government censorship.
