Donald Trump declares "armed conflict" with cartels

The fresh York Times reported that US president Donald Trump has recognized that the United States is officially active in an "armed conflict" with drug cartels. Last month, the U.S. carried out 3 attacks on boats in the Caribbean Sea. As a consequence of the attacks, 17 people who were on board were killed.
