US president Donald Trump responded to Vladimir Putin's proposal to return to direct talks. "Vladimir Putin does not want to conclude a ceasefire agreement with Ukraine, he wants to meet on Thursday, in Turkey, to negociate a possible end to the massacre. Ukraine should agree to this immediately," he stressed.
