U.S. president Donald Trump referred to the proposal to return to the direct talks Vladimir Putin made. "Wladymir Putin does not want to enter into a ceasefire agreement with Ukraine, wants to meet on Thursday, in Turkey, to negociate a possible end to the slaughter. Ukraine should agree to this immediately," he stressed.
