The shocking aspect of the case is that the building in which the practice was conducted belongs to Vitali Klicka – mayor of Kiev and erstwhile planet champion in boxing, known worldwide as a symbol of courage and leader in the face of war.

During the raid, Kiev police discovered that the nightclub served as an illegal public house. There were 30 women, imprisoned and forced to prostitution. The Ukrainian focus.ua portal informed the case. It is suspected that the club's owners besides utilized blackmail – they recorded customers to extort money from them. Worse still, the criminal activity took place with the engagement of the local City Guard, which was to overlook illegal activities.

The papers indicate that there should be a bomb shelter in the building for residents.
