The president is obliged to take an oath from the elected judges of the Constitutional Tribunal, but in utmost cases, if, for example, it turns out that the individual elected by the Sejm is not a lawyer or the quorum was not observed during the election - the current justice of the Constitutional Tribunal, Jakub Stelina, told PAP.
