The latest study by the Stockholm Institute for Peace investigation (SIPRI) clearly shows that the world's arms trade has changed faster than always since the end of the Cold War. The United States strengthens dominance as the main exporter of arms, Russia is losing its position and European countries are expanding their arms purchases at a evidence rate. Poland leads in this respect.
