Dniper's on fire. Late on Wednesday, April 16, Russian troops conducted a drone attack on the Ukrainian city of Dniepr, killing, among others, a young girl and damaging homes. The head of the regional military administration of Dniepr, Serhij Lysak, informed about this. 2 people are reportedly killed and 16 injured.
