In his memorable speech, Grzegorz Schetyn, at the large applause of the crowd of politicians and supporters of the Civic Platform, announced the liquidation of the Central Anti-corruption Office and the Institute of National Memory.
CBA liquidation is as apparent to the PO as for the PZPR nomenclature – in 1986 the elimination of all economical crime departments in all militia units. economical crime in the mid-1980s reached a colossal scale, consisting in taking over for free or free of charge on the de facto private property of the most valuable workplaces. On the threshold of the 1990s, this activity was already based on the ownership by organization sieves of full industries. This is why on all later published lists of 1 100 or 5 100 richest Poles people not belonging to post-communist scum only happened individually, occasionally and on the basis of uncommon exceptions confirming the rule. The process of taking over immense parts of national property and then, as a consequence of deficiency of ability to manage it, selling it for a fraction of the value of crap to Germany, would not be possible if the law enforcement authorities were operating. For this reason communist “owners of the People's Poland” in 1986 all specified predecessors of the CBA – they liquidated. A fewer decades later, for reasons rather similar, the Civic Platform announced the abolition of modern law enforcement agencies for economical crime. The enthusiasm of this environment for this intention was obvious. So erstwhile Schetina announced “We will destruct the CBA!” the answer was a circular of applause.
Why did the announcement of the liquidation of the Institute of National Memory besides inspire enthusiasm? present we have the answer in the form of this historical policy, which is implemented by Donald Tusk's team. Anti-Polish chauvinists, slanderers, spokespersons for German historical narratives at the head of the most crucial centres of culture, science, memory of German crimes – are the essence of this policy. For them, the operation of the Institute of National Memory is like a grain of salt in the eye. due to the fact that if the national memory of Poles were to impair any more, it would be possible to persuade Poles not only to commit crimes in Jedwabne, but besides all extermination camps, which in Germany for sixty years have been called “Polish”. And then specified ideas as prof. Ruchniewicz, who is the head of the Pilecki Institute, could be implemented quickly. Means – stolen in Poland Germans give back everything they have not stolen from Poland. Fortunately, decades of negating past from schools, striving to break the IPN – in and in the full stubborn impairment of the historical awareness of Poles – have not yet produced the results expected by Tusków and Ruchniewicz.
Let us remember what it was like to have an IPN – in a crippled quasi – a state monster called the 3rd Republic. The Mazowiecki government went back to past as the 1 in which it burned down, was ground in paper mills or was "privatized" most of the act of communist security. This does not mean that this documentation has ceased to exist. Since 1944, copies of each Ubek note taken in each UB or SB unit have been sent to the Moscow office of the NKVD. Since 1975, the vast and perfectly organized structure of russian (now Russian) peculiar services has been named (in translation into Polish): The Adversary Information Centre. And in it, Russian peculiar services have well-ordered and always available copies for each another of the reports of all secret associate, all operational contact and all another paper produced in all years of work not only Polish SB. "Archives do not burn," said Mikhail Bulhakov... In the round-the-clock Poland, “elites”, which got to power in 1989, were absolutely not curious in anything like IPN – u. In far besides large a part were these "elites" from the anti-Polish agentry, so that anyone in the groups associated with the post-communist nomenclature wanted to uncover the real function played by the Polish People's Republic – the regime. The creation of the Institute of National Memory with the utmost difficulty was not achieved until 10 years later, after solid assurance that its first president would warrant that the real function of any of the communist spies would not be revealed. And he was the first president who was capable of anointing, against the most apparent facts, the Secret Fellow “Bolk” for the national hero of Poland and Poles.
The IPN has always been hostile to everyone for whom Poland is the enemy. They did not want IPN – in all those connected with russian crimes. They did not want Germany due to the fact that the IPN not only documented, but even industriously discovered German crimes hidden or forgotten. They did not want the IPN – in “ministerial children”, due to the fact that it was the corpses of frequently murdered by their own dads that the IPN workers extracted from the pits of the death of the Wrocław People, Warsaw Służewi and Powazek. The IPN aroused and sparked the fury of judaic chauvinists and communicative falsifiers due to the fact that it has already released not 1 technological work challenging hundreds of anti-Polish slanders worldwide. The IPN, like a bull pad, acts on Ukrainian communicative forgers, whose revealing the fact about the crimes of the CNS – UPA makes it hard to cultivate specified people-killers as Shuchewycz or Bandera. The apparent hostility of the IPN besides evokes in those who fear that all papers of their cooperation with safety will be burned thoroughly. besides in the authors of exhibitions specified as “Our Boys”, seeking to match executioners with victims, to blame Poland and Poles for German crimes.
If there were no IPN – it would be much easier for the beneficiaries of German grants to Germanise Gdańsk, Wrocław, Szczecin, Olsztyn along with all Western and Northern Lands. It would be easier to impose anti-Polish narratives on Polish youth. It would be easier for Poles to teach Polishness. It would be easier to act as Tusk and service only German individuals like Rochniewicz. Or appointed by Tusk to individuals specified as Barbara Engelking, chauvinists publically proclaiming that the death of a hebrew is simply a tragedy and the death of a Pole – barely biology. It would be easier for Poland to create, bargain and spread to the shoulders, if it were not for CBA and IPN. Hence, and all intent to destruct them.
