Why do Poles only “bear” their work?

From the latest study “Happiness at the Work of Poles 2024” a image of an worker emerges, who accepts his work... I don't think he's complaining due to the fact that 61% say he likes what he does. But erstwhile you ask for actual happiness – only 34% remain. That's more than a statistic. This is simply a signal that “I like my work” and “I am happy in it” are 2 different things. And this difference costs the company more than it seems – in the decline of engagement, in quiet departure and in burnout.
