Why doesn't MON want the Polish Pirate? [COMMENTARY]

The erstwhile Ministry of National Defence ignored Polish programs to build precision ammunition, including anti-tank Pirat guided missiles. Meanwhile, the war in Ukraine clearly shows that most Russian combat vehicles are destroyed not by Javelins, but by much cheaper rockets, which are additionally produced in the Ukrainian armament industry.
