Volodymyr Zelenski signed on Friday a decree on the entry into force of the Decision of the National safety and Defence Council (RBNiO) on sanctions against 59 individuals and 60 legal entities, including respective companies from China.
This is the RBNiO decision ‘On application special personnel economical measures and another restrictive measures (sanctions)’, issued on 18 April.
In accordance with the Annex to Decree No 247/2025, sanctions concern 60 legal entities, among which were companies from Russia and China. Chinese companies were placed on the sanctions list from advanced technology and aviation industries: Zhongfu Shenying Carbon fibre Xining, Rui Jin Machinery and Beijing Aviation and Aerospace Xianghui Technology.
