According to journalistic [investigation Настоящее Время](https://www.currenttime.tv/a/systema-oko-gru/33540426.html) (Current Time), Russian military intelligence has built a fresh "single-use" recruitment network (so-called proxy agentura) in the US and Europe. It is based on bots on Telegram and is amplified by pro-Russian bloggers, pseudo-Ukrainian channels and western radicals.
