Former head of the CBA Ernest Bejda stated that, to his knowledge, erstwhile Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro was aware of the transfer of PLN 25 million from the Justice Fund to acquisition the Pegasus system. He noted, however, that Ziobro himself should be asked about the details. He besides did not uncover who and erstwhile decided on the amount of this circumstantial amount.
