The National Prosecutor's Office has sent applications for the waiver of immunity to the Chamber of Professional work of the ultimate Court and to the Court of State in the case of Margaret Manowska, First president of the ultimate Court and president of the Court of State. According to the press secretary of the National Prosecutor's Office, Proc. Przemysław Nowak, as well as the head of MS and lawyer General Adam Bodnar, the prosecution collected evidence indicating the suspicion of 3 crimes.
