A rocket from North Korea fell on Kiev?

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski wrote on page X that the Russians utilized to attack Kiev in which 12 people were killed and over 90 were injured, “a ballistic rocket produced in North Korea”. This information is confirmed by the Ukrainian military sources of Reuter.
