Dialogue is so a European invention. Drama can't do without it. He's most needed by 1 act, where 2 people argue about a serious issue. We besides have specified arguments in diplomacy – besides European. On the another hand, Asian ambassadors seldom usage dialogue. They usage a statement. Let us look at both ways of communication. f
In European forms, there are values specified as respect for human rights, respect for number rights and respect for borders. In the collection of Asian values there are no of these 3 “prices”, as we would say in Russian, but we will not, due to the fact that we see their deficiency most prominently in Ukraine.
Asian values are respecting the head of family, clan, tribe, nation. And respect for the state. Vide Putin and Russia. The president of Russia as a European wants to take from Europe everything he likes, especially technology and lifestyle. But as an Asian, he acts like a Genghis Khan. Attacking Europe, Mongol attacked the front with puppets on his horses. He came all the way to Legnica. Putin wants to submit European values to Asian values. Not everything in these values was so good. After all, we had previously dealt with colonial “values”, which Joseph Conrad described in “The core of darkness”.
Let us look at Asian values today. We have respect for the head of state even in North Korea. Everywhere else you worship the president (CEA) without compulsion. If we wanted to apply the European criteria, there is no centimetre of the border in Asia that would be the subject of dispute. There are 2 fires that endanger war constantly: Israel – Palestine and India – Pakistan in Kashmir. Minorities are everywhere in Asia, but their respect is nowhere.
Respect for individual rights is simply a controversial issue besides in Europe, but above all in Asia and America, let alone Africa. Let's look at women's rights. Today, it is an election slogan in both Poland and the USA. Swiss women had no electoral rights until recently. Now the Poles and Mrs. Kamala Harris request respect for the right to their own body and soul. An Asian female can only do a political career if she is simply a mother, daughter, wife, mistress or widow after a well-known politician. The parent of God was the parent of Jesus (and they were both Asians), which means that human rights went as a problem to Catholic religion.
The current problem is migration, or movements of large human communities. They have always been the consequence of wars, famine, pandemics, and climate change. Theoretically, we can remedy these plagues. 2 "logs" are needed for this – dialog and decalogue. Instead, we have monologues that lead to dictatorship. And besides suspended between them trilogy, i.e. cultures, quatrologies, quintologies, sextologies, septologies etc...
In Latin America, in all country, these "logs" were practiced – first in the form of tyranny, then oligarchy. Military coups were the most common. The Colombian ambassador to Warsaw, little of a surname, erstwhile asked me, why was there never a military coup in the United States? And he said, "Because there's no American embassy in Washington.
In Bolivia, which is simply a evidence holder in this field (almost 200 assassinations), dialog is applied. General Martinez calls his colleague General Rodriguez asking and concludes: – How many garrisons do you have behind you? Seven? There is simply a war in Europe today, which is simply a denial of dialogue. 1 day, it'll end due to the fact that wars almost always end at the Geneva talk table. president Zelenski cannot imagine these talks without preconditions, i.e. without withdrawing Russian troops from occupied areas. president Putin can't imagine gathering these conditions. So war can take a generation or two...
