In a Human Rights study published this week in 2024, The U.S. Department of State is ruthlessly scoring the situation in Ukraine. Although the country is inactive struggling to last in the face of Russian aggression, American analysts warn: war has besides become an excuse to suppress civilian liberties, censorship and violent action against its own citizens.
