The mechanics of organization selection causes that many candidates and even MPs may, especially initially, not be aware of their puppet character. They may believe that this is “serious” (I personally know specified a case). In fact, however, they are chosen by the party's leadership in terms of obedience, little frequently connected to mediality (the organization does not request many "stars"). For this reason, there is simply a strong preference for professional activists, so people for whom being a associate supply a good level of maintenance at the expense of the state and with small effort. However, the thing became completely apparent during the expected pandemic erstwhile governments of different countries did precisely the same – and all major parties supported it.

In this way, people are trained in unreflexive repetition of slogans and repetition of schematics (very much this strengthens the ubiquitous tests as a strategy of "objective" evaluation) as long as they are not straight concerned.
