The legalization of the political organization can only happen due to a fair process - stressed prof. Marcin Wiązek in "Facts after Facts". The Ombudsman pointed out that specified proceedings had to take place before the Constitutional Court, and with the current form of this body "the message of a fair trial would not be fulfilled".
