The Polsat Plus Group received a letter from its majority shareholder – the TiVi Foundation – informing the Constitutional Court of Liechtenstein of the maintenance of the decision of the Court of Appeal of December 2025 concerning the dispute between Zygmunt Solor and Tobias Solor, Aleksandra Żak and Piotr Żak.

The Constitutional Court’s judgement yet ends the proceedings and closes the appeal procedure. This means the final conclusion of the judicial procedure which has been in advancement since August 2024 and confirms the effectiveness of the succession made on 2 August 2024.

According to the information received by the Digital Polsat, both the judgement of the First Instance of Liechtenstein dismissing Sigismund Solorz's action concerning the amendments to the TiVi Foundation Statute (of which the company received information on 21 May 2025) and the judgement of the Liechtenstein Court of Appeal dismissing the appeal of Zygmunt Solorz and thus recognising the rations of Tobias Solorz, Aleksandra Żak and Piotr Żak (of which the company had been informed on 23 December 2025), stay binding.

This confirms the effective, final and indisputable transfer of full influence on the TiVi Foundation's activities, and hence the ability to full manage the Polsat Plus Group and its subsidiaries Tobias Solorz, Aleksandr Żak and Piotr Żak. According to the judgments of the courts, Sigismund Solorz did so in full cognition and in accordance with the successful plan of years.

– The judgement of the Constitutional Court in Liechtenstein definitely ends the dispute between Zygmunt Solor and Tobias Solor, Aleksandra Żak and Piotr Żak. There's no way to appeal him anymore. The issue of giving Tobias, Alexander and Peter a full influence on the TiVi Foundation's activities and the full management of the Polsat Plus Group is undeniable. The group is stable, pursues all objectives as planned and completes the preparation of a fresh strategy, which, as announced, will announce in the autumn," says Daniel Kaczorowski, president of the Supervisory Board of the Polsat Plus Group.
