Defence24DAY: Błaszczak announces the launch of the Orka programme in 2023

The Minister of National Defence Mariusz Błaszczak announced at the inauguration of the Defece24DAY conference in Warsaw on 24 May 2023, the launch of a procedure to get a fresh generation of diesel-electric submarines for the Polish Navy. No number of planned units were given, but it is known that they should besides be armed with maneuvering missiles.
