Nawrocki, a candidate "citizen" has long called on the Trzask candidate "independent" to debate. Trzaskowski yet agreed and proposed a debate in Konski. Nawrocki agreed, under the condition that the debate would besides broadcast tv stations which Trzaskowski does not let for his election meetings. One-on-one debate expression will be organised by TVP in the liquidation of TVN for sale and Polsat. It's a proposal from Trzaskovsky. We know that democracy is simply a deficit commodity in Poland. The fact that TVP is the propaganda tube of the government, too. But that, the head of this station, to put it mildly, sparingly manages reason just came out. How can TVP in liquidation maintained by the paying subscriptions and with advanced budget grants made up of all citizens be the organizer of a gathering of only 2 candidates?
Television Poland is bound by the Regulation of the National Broadcasting Council of 6 July 2011 on the detailed rules and procedures for conducting debates by tv Polish Akcyjna Company. This paper states that tv Poland should (in legal language the word "should" means "must") provide equal conditions for participation in the debate by each typical or candidate , including presidential candidates. Paragraph 5(1) states that TVP must guarantee that each candidate participates in the same number of debates and point 2 states that each candidate should have equal speaking time.
Most likely this debate will not happen due to the fact that Trzaskovsky's staff does not agree to the participation of right-wing tv stations. The probable reason is questions from journalists who can put Trzaskowski in a bad light. Inconvenient questions could be asked by TVP or TVN. Now the candidates and their staff are going to blame each another for cowardice.
What happened is that Trzaskowski only now made a decision on the debate with Nawrocki, the further polarization of the political scene, telling the voborators that, the fight for the presidency would only take place between Trzaskowski and Nawrocki and what the 3rd candidate from the Confederation published.
