Ukrainians say the Russians were about to turn old mark rockets into weapons. The rocket-target "Danj-M", erstwhile utilized for military exercises, is now to act as a kamikaze. According to reports, modernized machines have already been utilized in an attack on Ukraine carried out from Crimea.
