Denmark's gonna be armed. Changes in women's OSD and increase in defence spending

[As reported by the Danish Ministry of Defence](https://www.fmn.dk/da/nyheder/2024/bredt-flertal-bag-fremryking-af-investeringer-i-forsvaret/) the government, together with most another politicians, agreed to increase defence spending by 35.2 billion kronor between 2024 and 2028. This will let not only to increase investment in military capabilities but besides to increase the number of soldiers. As priorities, the creation of the 1st Army Brigade (*Hærens 1. Brigade*), reinforcement of air defense, completion of capacity building against submarines (will most likely be completed in 2029) and the acquisition of short-range naval defence missiles.
