U.S. Vice president J.D. Vance said in a Sunday NBC tv interview that the U.S. is not in war with Iran, but with an Iranian atomic program. He stated that Saturday's strikes "significantly delayed" the program by "very long time", but refused to confirm that the facilities had been completely destroyed.
