In the last Politics is an article about the influence of reading books on brain development. investigation has shown that reading leads to the formation of fresh neural connections and our intelligence increases. Unfortunately, the limit is 12 hours a week. erstwhile individual reads more, they don't do anything. Our brain can't make any more neural connections.
One large book is read for about 25 hours. So, reading 50 hours a month, we should read 12 books a year. And how many books does a statistical Pole read? It's 0.6 books.
I remember erstwhile MP Mieszkowski from Modern convinced that reading is simply a Polish state ration.
It is.
