Jarosław Guardian began military service in 1987 in communist PRL- u, as a subject. He then served in Military Information Services and Military Intelligence Service. In 2011, during Tusk's first reign, he was promoted to Brigadier General SWW. In January 2016, he finished his professional military service by moving on to the reserve. In December 2023 he was reinstated this active service and in March 2024 he was appointed head of SWW.
Jarosław Gromadziński graduated from the Army Higher Officers School in Wrocław in 1994. He is simply a postgraduate of NATO defence College in Rome (2011) and a course associate for generals and ambassadors at the same college (2017). In 2019 he graduated from the "The elder Leaders' Course" course at Baltic Defence College, Tallinn. 3 V 2023 was promoted by president Andrzej Duda to the rank of Lieutenant General. On 29 June 2023, he took up the post of commander of the multinational Eurocorpus, being not only the first Pole to hold this post, but besides the first military from the countries of the erstwhile east bloc. Military commanding 60,000 formations.
General Jarosław Gromadziński passed the full examination procedure by the services and was authorized to access information about the highest classifications in Poland and in NATO — Cosmic Top Secret. The beginning of the control proceedings against the General by the SKW means automatic deprivation of access to classified information, resulting in the dismissal of the Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz from the position of Eurocorpus commander on 27 March 2024. At the time of the appeal, General Jarosław Gromadziński Eurocorpus was on NATO's regular combat duty, which is of large strategical importance to the war on Ukraine and the cold war situation in Europe. As a result, the duties of the Polish general were taken over by the French.
According to Germany’s Onet portal, the General’s appeal said: “Allies have been put in a very awkward position due to the fact that previously they were not informed about the activities of Polish services. According to our information, information about the examination procedure and further destiny of General Gromadziński for NATO is inactive being prepared in the General Staff of the Polish Army.” The German Onet describes the situation as follows: “If the service has any suspicions about an officer serving in NATO, it is called upon to talk to the country. If the case is serious, it is withdrawn from the structures, before informing allies, alternatively than making an global scandal, as in the case of Gen. Gromadziński. This is an impact not only on the general, but on the image of the Polish state. For this is an extraordinary thing to call off the commander of the global military structure.”.
Even the friendly Tusk and his governments, the German portal says with outrage: “It was done without prejudice to the alliance.” In this situation, then, the fundamental question should be asked: was Russia warned about the cancellation of General Jarosław Gromadziński and was Vladimir Putin personally warned? Or did Putin inform the Polish government that Russia's want was to immediately deprive the Polish General of the function of Commander of Eurocorpus? After all, for respective weeks the key positions of the Polish state have been called up by people who have been taught from youth to criminally execute all Moscow's orders. After all, with the approval of Donald Tusk on September 11, 2013, an agreement was signed in St. Petersburg between the Polish SKW and the Russian FSB. Agreement contrary to the existing provisions of the North Atlantic Alliance and contrary to the Polish State Right.
