Will Rustem Dying strangle corruption in the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence?

One of his first decisions was the dismissal of all deputies of the erstwhile head of the Ministry of Defence Oleksij Reznikov: Volodymyr Gawrilov, Rostislav Zamłyński, Hanna Malyar, Denis Sharapov, Andrij Shevchenko and Vitali Deyneg, as well as Konstantin Waszczynka - State Secretary at the Ministry. He presently conducts a number of meetings and consultations related to the appointment of his deputies, including considering the candidacy of Gen. Sergey Najev the Head of the Joint Armed Forces of Ukraine.
