Vladimir Putin's fresh visit to Pjongjang (first since 2000!) and the conclusion of a bilateral military agreement opened the field for speculation. 1 of them assumes the participation of North Korean soldiers in the war against Ukraine. In response, the South Korean authorities announced a rethink of their existing, conservative support policy for Kiev.
