Almost 2.5 years after the acceptance of the Polish National Recovery Plan, 4 judicial organisations do not quit on convincing the Court of Justice of the European Union that specified a decision should never be taken. This case is simply a precedent – admits in an interview with DGP Deputy Head of MS Dariusz Mazur, who last week represented Poland before the tribunal.
