There are presently 4 possible scenarios for the final result of Russia's war with Ukraine: a long war, a frozen conflict, Ukraine's triumph and Ukraine's defeat. Regardless of what happens, the far-reaching and traumatic social, sociological, economical and political consequences will be inevitable. all war affects the emotions of society, everyday life, public opinion, interpersonal relations, socio-economic situation, labour marketplace and civic activity. Ukraine will gotta face these challenges after the end of its armed action to keep the unity of the country, strengthen the institutions and rebuild the economy. These problems may prove more hard to overcome than the war itself, and their effects will be felt not only in Ukraine, but besides in neighbouring countries, especially in Poland.
