"By August of that year, respective countries joined the Czech initiative to set up Ukraine, paying various amounts. The Germans donated the most and earliest. The only ones who so far only publically declared the money and did not transfer the gold are Poles. Unless anything completely unexpected happens, the Czech Republic will deliver about 100,000 artillery missiles to Ukraine in September as part of their ammunition initiative. This will bring Czech politicians much closer to fulfilling their promise to deliver Ukraine by the end of the year at least half a million pieces of artillery ammunition of various calibers, mainly 155 mm, purchased by Western allies from sources outside the European Union.
