**Andrzej Lomanowski: Rzeczpospolita: “How Putin Sees Peace”**
"Kreml would agree to frost the conflict on the current front line, despite the fact that the constitution states the conquest of larger areas. The Kremlin's host demands “to comply with the situation on earth” (i.e. the erstwhile conquests of the Russian army) and Ukraine's resignation from joining NATO. This is informed by the agency Reuters, whose journalists spoke to the 5 "former and current representatives" of the Kremlin. Since they appear anonymously, it is not known to what degree their opinions reflect the dominant views among Putin's closest associates. According to 3 of the agency's 5 interlocutors, it is possible to discuss the division of 4 Ukrainian circuits in which there are presently fighting: the Kherson, the Zaporosian, the Donetsk and the Lugansk. The second Russia almost completely conquered, only tiny pieces of it hold Ukrainians in the northern part of the front. In the territory of the Zaporosian and Khersonian circuits, the front does not change (in the second it runs along Dniepr), the heaviest fighting takes place in Donetsk, where the Russian army moves forward. It is only 9 kilometres from the border of another circuit, Djepropietrowski. But all 4 were full inscribed in the Russian constitution in September 2022 including their capitals, including Cherson (released by the Ukrainian army on 11 November 2022) and Zaporozh (never conquered by the Kremlin). Apparently, in the 3rd year of the war, the Russian leader would be willing to step down from them, even more so due to the fact that he does not control them. At the same time, Putin could besides quit tiny areas of 2 another circuits: Kharkovsky and Mikołajowski. A part of this first Russian took place after the attack in May (near Wólczańska, northeast of Kharkov). Even a smaller part of the second, Nikolaiovsky, keep in the Dnieper Delta. In return, the Kremlin would most likely request a condition of the Russian Kursk region occupied by the Ukrainians.”
