Wojciech Czuchnowski criticized Agora for selecting participants in the debate on decriminalization of defamation. The writer "Gazeta Wyborcza" pointed out that no lawyers were invited to represent the publisher in court cases for years, nor journalists from editorial offices who had experience in specified proceedings.
