With 2 medals, representatives of the Polish Army will return from Egypt in shooting, who competed in the planet championships in shootings at a distance of 300 m. The bronze medal with the consequence of 589 points was won by the Norwegian Jon-Hermann Hegg, and the place just behind the podium was taken by Fr Tomasz Bartnik, who in Cairo defended the championship title won a year ago besides in the capital of Egypt. Last year's bronze champion lost 1 point.
In 2025, the White-Reds besides scored bronze in squad competition in three-place shootings. This time they lacked a 3rd player for the squad – the gold was won by Norwegians (1760 points), the Austrian silver (1753) and the Swiss bronze (1751).
Representatives of Poland, on the another hand, repeated last year's success in squad competition in the competition of 300 m firearm 50 shots lying in which they won the bronze medal. As in 2025, Kowalewicz, Bartnik and Andrzej Burda stood on the podium. Our shooters scored 1777 points. Only 3 eyes were missing for silver. The Austrians (Patrick Diem, Andreas Thum, Alexander Schmirl) won the championship title with a score of 1782 points and the Swiss runner-up (Gilles Vincent Dufaux, Pascal Bachmann-Senti, Simon Maag). The 4th place with a score of 1772 points took the defending title of Champion Czech. In individual competition in six series of standing shootings triumphed Fin Alexi Leppä, who scored 597 points. Burda, who finished 15th (with a consequence of 594 points), 17th was Bartnik (591), and 22nd was Kowalski (590).

Tomasz Bartnik won 4th position, Maciej Kowalewicz – fifth, and Karolina Romańczyk – 11. The gold with a score of 585 points won the Hungarian Péter Sidi, silver Swiss Gilles Vincent Dufaux (583), and bronze Fin Leppä (583). Bartnik ran out of eyes for the podium, and Kowalewicz ran out of two.

The competition in Kazakhstan ended this year's planet Cup edition. Polka triumphed in the competition with 50 m freestyle, and in the overall classification of competition in all competitions at all distances ranked at 16th position with a gain of 117 points. 85 players scored. She triumphed with 175.4 points Dutch Marrit Steenbergen. And it was this swimmer who could have interrupted the winning Wasick streak in Astana. The Dutch woman, who did not compete at a distance of 50 m in any kind in the first 2 championships of this period in Baku and Tashkent, this time entered the competition and qualified for the final with the best time – 23.73 p. Polka scored a second score – 23.93 and a 3rd – 24.07 s – Canadian Taylor Ruck. In the final, Wasick did not let herself win – she triumphed with the consequence of 23.30 p.m. Steenbergen was slower by 0.11 s and the 3rd Siobhan Haughey from Singapore by 0.46 p.
W Astana st. szer. Katarzyna Wasick was besides close to the podium in the final at 100 m freestyle. She finished 4th with a time of 52.33 p. She won the European evidence holder on this distance Steenbergen. The second place was taken by Haughey, who lost to the Dutch female by 0.45 p. The third, with a score of 52.22 p., was a Russian Daria Klepikova. In the Wasick eliminations, she obtained a 3rd time (53.20 s), and Steenbergen a 4th (53.24 s). Polka, like in Tashkent, besides tried her strength at 1500 m freestyle. In her second career, she scored 18 min 38.36 pp. So she importantly improved the consequence from Tashkent, where she sailed 19 min 3.41 pp. She besides took a higher place – she finished in sixth position. Gold won Ching Hwee Gan from Singapore, which scored 15 min 38.41 pp. The second place was taken by Caitlin Deans from fresh Zealand and the 3rd by Chinese female Mohan Chang.
Champion barbells
The title of Europe's youth champion in lifting weights won in Albanian Durrës, Sr. Martyn Dołęg. The barrister Central Military Sports Team triumphed with a score of 232 kg in doubles in the category 69 kg. Polka in the hive gained 104 kg and in the base 128 kg. With this result, the typical of the “arm of champions” takes the 11th place on the planet ranking of elder women of the global Federation of Weightlifting (IWF).
