Four and a half months we waited for any slides about Russian influences in Poland [ OPINION]

The Commission, which has been operating for more than 4 months to date, is incapable to specify what it considers abroad influences to mean. It should be noted that so far "foreign influences" – as we have repeatedly written in InfoSecurity24.pl – **according to Polish legislation, are not penalized and there is no legal act defining them**. This means that you cannot prosecute something that is not legally prohibited and does not constitute a crime described in a legal act of the rank of the law.
