In September, the Social Insurance Institution will start paying fourteen pensions. The full amount of fourteen will be PLN 1978.49 gross this year, which is as much as the minimum pension. Persons entitled to it request not submit any applications. ZUS will pay fourteen automatically together with the pension due for September.
– Another additional yearly cash benefit will be paid to persons entitled with basic benefit. The withdrawals will start on September 1. The following dates are September 6, 10, 15, 20 and 25. Those receiving pre-retirement benefits will receive 14 October. Importantly, seniors don't gotta take any action. This means that the amount of fourteen is reduced as long as the pension exceeds PLN 2900. For example, a individual receiving a pension of PLN 3500 gross will receive a fourteen of PLN 1378.49 gross.
Who doesn't get fourteen?
ZUS will not pay the additional benefit if it is little than PLN 50 gross. In practice, this means that fourteen will not receive persons whose pension exceeds PLN 4828.49 gross. The benefit shall besides not be granted to persons who, on the day preceding the period of payment, are entitled to a suspended pension.
Deadlines for the payment of fourteenth pension in 2026:1, 6, 10, 15, 20 and 25 September, and for persons collecting pre-retirement benefits on 1 October.
