"Red terrorism" against NATO infrastructure. Back to the past?

Forty years ago, European terrorists blew up NATO pipelines, planted bombs under command headquarters, tried to destruct Alliance school, attacked US bases in the West Germany, military communications in Greece, and buses carrying personnel between military installations. Today, warehouses and shops are burning, incendiary devices travel through the European cargo network, the designation of military installations is being conducted, and explosives hit the railway lines leading towards the east flank.
