What does Russia want? That is, what must happen to the end of the war in Ukraine

In fresh weeks, discussions have intensified on the possible end of the war in Ukraine, and the election of Donald Trump as the 47th president of the United States has undoubtedly accelerated this process. A brief look at media reports of further plans for a ceasefire could indicate that the Russian-Ukrainian agreement is already highly close. The problem is that there is inactive a deficiency of concrete solutions based on actual opportunities, and the divergences presented by both parties are large adequate that it is hard to see a negotiating breakthrough in the close future (the more so that there is no authoritative Russian-Ukrainian negotiations).
