The territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw refused to initiate an investigation into the usage of the modified Israel flag and the words it spoke at the time by a associate of the Confederacy Konrad Berkowicz. The prosecutor felt that the protection of the regulation of law and of the public interest did not require prosecution of this act from public prosecution.
